This week I loved making a lot of progress on my prototype (mainly my customer journey map) and working with Rebecca and Jonathan to improve my JTBD statement in class, as well as a separate call I had with them to discuss my interview questions, potential competitors, and my prototype as a whole.

I will apply this week’s learnings moving forward by creating stronger customer journey maps and applying it to my prototypes moving forward.
