This quarter as an E5, I most want to accomplish launching CoachSync and start getting my first possible clients in a beta phase.
From the Founder track, the goal of developing organization structure stood out to me. I have been working so much on product development I haven’t thought much about that beyond finance processing for charging clients (since that’s a part of the product) but it reminded me I need to work on registering as a business really soon.
I have two ways I measure success. Both ways involve me making incremental progress on my venture. The first is my Plan of Action for VP2, which I use to ensure I am moving towards completing my project. My second is my GitHub page which tracks how much I am working on developing the CoachSync product, since both my mobile app, marketing site, and coach dashboard are stored there.
I am looking forward to finishing my app and getting into the coach dashboard this quarter, with hopes of being ready to launch at the end of the quarter.

Adam! I’m super excited to see what comes out of this quarter in launching CoachSync for you! I totally agree with you that it can be easy to focus in on one aspect of a venture, then get other feedback or turn your focus elsewhere to realize there are areas of uncertainty that need clarity, very relatable. It sounds like you have a really solid understanding of what steps you’ll take as you move forward in accomplishing your goals.

A cryptocurrency exchange script is a software program that allows the creation of a platform for buying, selling, and trading cryptocurrencies. It is a pre-built software solution that can be customized according to the requirements of the user. The script includes all the essential features of a cryptocurrency exchange such as order book management, trading pairs, buy/sell functions, user management, and security protocols.
A cryptocurrency exchange script can be used to build centralized or decentralized exchanges, depending on the requirements of the user. Centralized exchanges are run by a single entity, while decentralized exchanges are run by a network of nodes, without a central authority.

Overall, [binance hot wallet](https://timesofmalta.com/article/types-crypto-wallets-a2.1089417) is a good choice for actively trading or using Binance features. However, if you prioritize maximum security for long-term holdings, consider a non-custodial wallet where you control the private keys.
