What are you going to do to exceed the standards this quarter?
My Dashboard prototype is by far the best part about my VP2 this quarter. I have worked every day and night to make progress on it, and all of the feedback I’ve been getting has confirmed the usefulness of the product and the professionalism and simplicity in its design. Some of my other evidence (such as interviews) are weaker due to being in the development vs discovery phase of the venture, but I feel like that is a necessary sacrifice due to my limited time.
Why does it matter to you?
My prototype reflects my passion for helping coaches and learning about software development, so exceeding standards in that area is going to happen naturally due to how much I’ve been working on it. Exceeding standards in general isn’t important due to a higher grade or more praise, but it rather serves as a sign that someone has found a project they match well with and enjoy working towards.
What jumps out to you in the rubric?
I am a bit worried about making my pitch high energy because I’m pretty monotone, so I’ve been practicing trying to boost my energy levels in preparation.
Between now and Final Pitches, what traction steps do you need to make?
I’d like to have more coach interviews beforehand, and just practice my pitch a bit, which aren’t too hard to do. I’d also like to make another test card or two based on the data and evidence I have so far.

Adam, your pitch was awesome! It changes every time I see it and it just keeps getting better! Im glad to see it really does matter to you, and just know it definitely shows. I think you were worried about being too monotone, but I think you nailed it on enthusiasm! I could see the coaches loved it too. Great job:)
