This week, I loved gaining a new perspective by working with my VP1 team. This venture is always a great way to start the quarter, and this time around was no different. I would have loved to work more to develop and help with prototyping, but I am busy with other classes, my internship, and my VP2 which I haven’t stopped working on. The largest lesson I learned was about my team members: I got to know them all better and develop new connections.
I will use what I learned in VP2 by revamping my previous frameworks with this new perspective. My next steps are putting into place a Plan of Action and getting into the framework development for CoachSync while continuing mobile and web development.

I totally agree with you about VP1, this quarter it felt like especially the whirlwind! All of that work and leadership as an upper E-level can start off the quarter with quite the stress load combined with other classes. I’m glad that one of your bigger take-away’s was learning about your team, for me that feels like one of the more important parts of VP1. It really shows how important it is to learn with and from each other.

Adam, i agree with your vp1 statement. Also, i always love making new connections with teammates, it’s such a fun way to make friends! I’m glad to hear you’re also taking what you’ve learned and putting it forward into new projects!
