Who have you reached out to for resources and support?

I have contacted all of my previous interviewees for a follow-up interview. I’ve also been talking with a friend of mine who graduated with a major in Public Relations about marketing ideas for my beta release and afterward. 

How are you doing with evidence and customer discovery? Need support? If so, who will you connect with?

It’s been tough to schedule interviews, coaches seem to be very busy. By Wednesday, I will only have done 3 interviews. I need to start reaching out to more coaches that I have no contact or referral to. If any of you reading know life or personal development coaches, please send them my way! What have you learned in the last week about coaching? What might you apply to your relationships?

Ive learned quite a bit in both the 398 class, as well as the main course. Joli Hamilton provided some great insight into her philosophy for how she conducts coaching. I also learned a lot from the material covered in ENTR 398 surrounding how coaches can effectively facilitate discussions and leverage Liberating Structures to make those facilitations as productive as can be.

How might you apply this week’s learnings to your venture?

I am currently exploring ways to incorporate Liberating Structures into my CoachSync offering, although it might not be for awhile. I will also be interviewing Joli Hamilton for her input on CoachSync’s offering as it stands, which I am looking forward to! She had great insights into the coaching practice in class, and I’m sure she would have lots of feedback about CoachSync.
