How has this first week gone for you?
I have enjoyed having classes again and getting to spend time with a smaller entrepreneurship class. It’s been great having discussions with others and participating in the community.
How are you feeling about your Venture Project One so far?
It is going well. We got an early start on establishing an idea and have been making steady progress. The team gets along well and works serendipitously as a group. I don’t foresee any problems with finishing the project or pitching. It should be awesome!
Reflect on what’s been confusing? What’s been invigorating?
I haven’t been confused by much. It’s invigorating to be practicing the ENTR frameworks within the VP1. I am also excited for getting further into my VP2 in my last quarter.
What have the tools been like for you to use?
It’s been great getting to know them in new ways and diving deeper into the distinctions that come into play when utilizing them for different types of businesses and products.
What resources do you wish you had? What might you do to get from here to there?
I really wish I had a CTO, or some programming help for my VP2. I am always working on it, daily. I feel overwhelmed in that area, but there’s not much I can do until I am making enough money to hire one since I cannot find anyone to work for solely company equity compensation.

Hey Adam!
I am excited to get to work with you on VP1! You are such a great group leader and super organized and helpful. I feel lucky to get to work with you! I am sorry you’re having struggles with getting a CTO. I hope you’re able to find a way to problem solve in that area. I am excited to see where you take Coach Sync this quarter! It was cool watching it develop last quarter!
Stay cool!

Hi Adam! It’s nice to have this smaller class with you! I’m happy to hear your VP1 is going smoothly and your group has a good dynamic too 🙂 It’s interesting to hear the ways you’re exploring the tools and how you can apply them differently than I initially thought. I can’t wait to see your pitch tomorrow!
