1. How did Venture Project One go?
It was a great team to work with, and I enjoyed getting to practice frameworks with a non-traditional project. It was a breath of fresh air talking about an in-person, non technological venture. It wasn’t stressful or too difficult, it fit really well into my summer quarter.
2. What did you learn about yourself? Your Team? Your Community?
I learned that I am a bit more sad than I thought that my last VP1 is over. I am thankful for an awesome experience over the course of a week, and for every past VP1 group I’ve been in, and all I’ve learned during those projects.
3. How did thinking about the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) open up new frameworks for you?
They made me think about how my VP2 might contribute to them. It certainly does by increasing mental health and well-being in others, as well as education since much of coaching is helping others learn something, and by providing coaches with an awesome tool, I am helping advance those goals.
4. How will you plan for success for this quarter?
I am going to throw myself at my VP2 until it is on the marketplace. It is time for me to try as hard as possible to get it released. I have already been working hard, but this will be the most important push for the project yet.
