The E&I Culture of Belonging statement is a great example of humanity’s potential to operate at it’s best, listening to all ideas and treating others with equality and respect. When we do this, it brings out the best of us both in terms of how we relate to each other as well as how we innovate.

I am going to prepare for success this quarter by diving into my VP1 and doing everything I can to make it the best it can be, not only so we have a great project but so that I am also familiarized with the inner workings of a venture project in preparation for my own project as an E4.

I can’t wait for this awesome quarter and all the opportunity in my future!
