Over the past week, I have decided on what tool I’d like to develop and focus on throughout my venture project: a mobile app designed to help facilitate the coaching process and personal development of a client in areas of life, business, and executive coaching, while providing the coach with a suite of tools for interacting with clients and gaining insights from data. Most of this week was doing research on the field of business coaching, developing my BIC #1, writing interview questions, and finding coaches to talk with. So far, I’ve scheduled 6 interviews to take place over the next week, so I’m excited to hear from them what they have to say!
If any of you reading this know any coaches I could interview, or have been coached in the past, please reach out to me for an interview!
The E4 exam went fine for me, it was a good warmup to some of the work I’ll be doing with my VP2 soon enough. It was nice to analyze am unrelated business and industry.
This week’s learning was crucial in my venture development, as Naketa’s talk was what inspired me to go for this venture.

Very cool app idea for your VP2. Hope it all works out in the end. The speaker we had yesterday would be a really good coach to interview!

Wow Adam that’s awesome that you are getting so much traction. Great job!
If you need more interviews I can always help. I have taken a couple coaching classes with Dr. S but I’m not a certified coach myself.

That sounds like a great idea Adam! I’m glad you’re getting so many interviews and I hope you get a bunch of information to help you in your venture journey. What was your inspiration for doing this app as your venture?
