Traction Journal #2 – “Planning a party?”

How do you plan to be curious about developing empathy with your customer?

I feel like one way im going to be developing empathy with our customer is going to be going to the farmers market this weekend and talking to some vendors. I think actually going to the people who we wanna hire and asking them how they want us to handle that process will make our process smooth.

How do you plan on responding to the needs of your customer?

We have already heard a lot of people just bringing up the desire to go to an event and be around art and music. I think this event will be able to fulfill these needs that were expressed by our customers and im excited to make it happen.

How might you apply this week’s learnings to your venture?

I am really excited to make this JTBD statement for our team and get this show on the road!

    Hey Aiden,
Being on the same team with you definitely helps me to connect with how you are developing your empathy this week. Going to local venders is a great way to do this and show our customers how much we have worked for this event. Without community support, this process would not happen so I am so glad you are taking the initiative to talk and listen to them in person. With this, I hope you are able to learn the processes and interactions that the market has to offer. As an organization that deals with many small business and venders, this market is a perfect shadow to learn from. Let us know how it goes!!

    Hi Aidan,
I love your engaging title to this traction journal. When I read this, I immediately thought, “wow that drew me in so fast!” Also, smart move to actually go where you potential customers hang out at. Great work!
