Ah things are getting stressful again in school as we come close to the end of the quarter. additionally I didnt help myself by going to Mexico… but it allowed me to relax and recharge before the final sprint. the reason I titled this journal entry what I did is because although we have so much to do in this class Its the only class I ever want to do work for. and I think that truly says a lot about how this class makes you value your work.

y’all know I like cards… and more specifically a brand called “Fontaine”. well just the other day I was talking to somebody on the Fontaine team about having a camp over the summer and Zach muller ( the creator) offered to pay for the campsite and make us tee shirts! additionally I was sent their newest release for free! (I guess you could say im sponsored) and finally my local group of cardists have asked me to be the person who edits all the videos for our jams! although this doesn’t directly relate to my venture its alot of super cool things that are going on that im passionate about!

What are you super proud of in your venture project right now?

I am super proud of the amount of interviews I got for this project in such a short time. I had so many people reach out and allow me to poke their brain

What blocks or challenges are you experiencing with your venture project? (interviews, canvases, secondary research, or prototypes) well I started off with focusing on trying to get interviews with event planner or talent bookers or management. but I came up with nothing and I feel like with the time constraints on this project that I needed to pivot to working on the first part of my project and just establishing a brand and doing street performances

Describe your plan of action for the next week.

Im putting together my slide deck and hopefully going to use all my feedback from dress rehearsals to improve my project! I feel like im using this VP3 to set me up for the rest of this class.
