Traction Journal #5 – “Happy Halloween!”

HAPPY HALOWEEN!

This weeks has been pretty dang good! however I did start taking on more hours at work and so for most of my free time this week I was working. but honestly its feels good to be productive and i’ve gotten scheduled for some pretty easy shifts.

What did you love this week?

This week I loved learning more about co-ops and how they work. this was really interesting to me bacuse I genuinely had no idea what one was. like I have heard about REI and the Food Co-Op and I knew a little bit about them but now I know much more!

What resonated with you in workshops?

I loved the prototyping workshop! it was super fun I feel like we should have called ti VP1.5 because I just loved doing the whole process and pitching ! brings me joy to see everybody coming up with ideas on the spot like that!

How might you apply this week’s learnings to your venture?

I think this week taught me that its super important to listen to everybody on your team because you are all working for the same goal, and when you do that you make ends actually meet.

What did you learn in shift and share- what did you love, what would you have loved to see?

hmmm I dont really know what the shift and share is! sorry!

    Hey Aiden,
The rapid prototyping with you in my group was so much fun! I think we did a good job on making a synopsis of our project design and getting our image of what it will look like out to our peers. I definitely am in the same boat where listening to our peers and finding a place where I fit within our group is really important at this stage.
