What a Baseball Game is Like

Take Me Out to the Ball Game (Lyrics)

Take me out to the ball game,
Take me out with the crowd;
Buy me some peanuts and Cracker Jack,
I don’t care if I never get back.
Let me root, root, root for the home team,
If they don’t win, it’s a shame.
For it’s one, two, three strikes, you’re out,
At the old ball game.

The MLB season starts around the beginning of April, the closest baseball stadium in this area is T-Mobile Park in Seattle, WA home of the Seattle Mariners. Going to baseball can be slow and boring from time to time but it is a fun activity to do on a nice day. This song is usually played during the 7th inning stretch in every baseball game. In the song it says “buy me some peanuts and cracker jacks” which are very common snacks to munch on during a game. Although, the garlic fries are also very good at T-Mobile Park. You cheer for your favorite players and boo the players you don’t like, you also burst in excitement when a player from the team you’re rooting for hits a home run. Depending on the stadium there are many different kinds of entertainments for people. For example, at T-Mobile there a place where you can test out how fast you can throw a baseball, or you can even meet the mascot called the moose in his little den. There is also another field called Petco Park where there is a mini baseball field for wiffle ball games, I have played a game of wiffle ball there before a game it is very entertaining. People usually bring their baseball gloves to the game too, to be able to catch foul balls that come near them. Although, you must be very careful for any balls or bats flying towards you because you can get a major injury if it hits you. All in all, when you go to baseball games just sit back and relax while the players entertain you with their skill.
