Paper Presentations

• Paper abstracts will be organized thematically into concurrent sessions on Friday, October 7th and Saturday, October 8th. See the Agenda page for presentation times and session details.
• Paper sessions will meet in person and will also be streamed live on Zoom.
• Presentations will be 15 minutes long, including Q&A time.
• In-person presenters: please arrive 5-10 minutes before your session with your slides or other media on a thumbdrive or other portable device to transfer to the presentation room computer.
• Virtual presenters: please be prepared to join a Zoom link 5 minutes before the start of your session, with your slides or other media ready on your computer for screen sharing. Zoom room links will be distributed on our Agenda page by October 6th.

Poster Presentations

• Poster sessions will be on October 8th 10:30 am-12:00 pm.
• There will be both an in-person poster session and a virtual poster gallery. In-person poster presenters are welcome to also display their poster in the the virtual gallery and there will be a screen in the in-person poster session for viewing digital posters.
• Digital posters can include a link to a 3-5 minute video abstract if desired. Interactive digital posters, such as StoryMaps, are also welcome.
• In-person presenters: please put your poster up along the walls of the Interdisciplinary Science building on Saturday morning between 8:30 am and 10:30 am. Tape will be available. Posters should be at least 30×40″.
• Virtual presenters and in-person presenters who wish to contribute to the virtual gallery: please log into your AAG account and “edit” your poster abstract to upload a PDF copy of your poster. You may also upload a URL to a 3-5 minute video abstract of your poster (this can be hosted on youtube), or a URL to a web map or other interactive interface if applicable. Submit virtual posters by the end of the day on Friday, October 7th.
