Welcome to the Arellano Larval Lab at Western Washington University’s Shannon Point Marine Center!
We study the larvae of marine invertebrates with an emphasis on larval behaviors and larval biology of organisms that inhabit shallow intertidal regions of the Salish Sea, deep-sea cold seeps, and deep-sea hydrothermal vents.
