2019 Fall Quarter Care Packages
Greetings from Western Washington University! Our department is very excited to be offering Fall Study care packages for your student! We are distributing care packages earlier this year, with the hopes to help students through their Midterms! We started this tradition 20+ years ago to help support various student programs such as intramural sports, sports clubs and to purchase open recreation sports equipment. Last year we had over 10,500 student participants in our programs. Our department hires approximately 250 student employees each quarter, and this fundraiser helps us employ more students. The money fundraised by our office goes directly back to the students.
For Fall Quarter, we will be offering two options. The Snack Pack will include the soccer stress reliever ball along with a selection of tasty treats in a reusable canvas tote bag. The Studious Study Pack will include a campfire ceramic mug , highlighters, study note cards, stress reliever ball, a “Desk in a box” which includes a stapler, staples, paper clips, rubber bands, transparent tape, sticky notes and sticky flags and a selection of tasty treats all in a reusable canvas tote bag!
Your student will also find a good assortment of tasty treats to help students endure those long hours of studying!! All items will be packed up in a reusable canvas tote bag.
Online payments will be accepted at https://commerce.cashnet.com/crec_carepackage. If you would like to send a note of encouragement to your student, please email us at email@example.com and we will ensure the note is added to your students care pack.
Supplies are limited, so get your order in soon!
P.S. Remember, we must hear from you by Monday, November 11th, 2019 in order to guarantee availability for finals week. Students will receive a Package Pick Up Notification in their on campus mailbox instructing them to pick up their Care Packs in Rec. Center starting Monday, November 18th, 2019. We will send out reminder emails starting November 25th to the students who have not picked them up yet.
