Group Challenge: Identity, Representation, and Diversity in Comics
As a small group, develop a short comic about your initial perspectives on the topics of identity, representation, and diversity in comics. Perhaps your comic will demonstrate why you feel representation in comics is important. Or perhaps it will voice some serious doubts you have about whether diversity is actually important for your enjoyment of comics. Feel free to quote or reference the podcasts we listened to for homework (or other materials)
Time: 30 minutes
Materials: Chalkboards, and 11×17 paper
