Motion passed unanimously.

Motion 2 (Torre): Approve DRAC Reserve Policy as written by Ichi.
Second: Keira
Motion passed unanimously.

Photography asked to add another constituency. They can present at the next meeting.

Department related Budgets:
Harris: Review of Student Publications budgets.
Be sure to earmark for advertising shortfalls and equipment reserve, S&A wage increases Support Staff is a union bargaining agreement. Advisors make minimum wage which serves more as a honorarium. We are getting a bargain.

Ton: Theatre & Dance budget. Maintain a yearend balance of preproduction reserve approximately $40,000. Articulated to the budget office. A unique situation. Summer Theatre operates in 2 fiscal years. Summer theatre is unique and needs a pre-production reserve rather than the 10% for other DRAC department. May need to be added to the new DRAC Reserve policy.

International Affairs discuss next week. Asking for less money than they have in years passed.

Forensics: Presented last meeting. Discussion about taking fewer students to events.

Next week the committee will need to review the remaining budgets and vote approval before taking it forward to the S&A Fee Committee.
Adjourned at 9:51
