On my first solo adventure around Florence I found myself drawing the Ponte Alla Carrara bridge. I was very proud of myself that I did in fact know exactly how to get home from there and I was very happy that I knew I could keep walking without worry of getting completely lost. As I was sitting it began to rain. At first, mainly because I had left my umbrella at home, I thought it would be a light drizzle. I was very wrong and it in fact soon to be a downpour. Thankfully there was a near by establishment that hadn’t opened yet that had umbrellas outside. After about 10 minutes it was completely sunny again and I was able to continue my walk.
I picked up the audio under the umbrella as well as some of the sculptures from the Daniel Spoerri gardens, and bells from the near by church
