Meet our speakersLaura J. Sanchez-Greenberg
Laura is a leading authority on team dynamics, leadership, peak performance, mental toughness and coaching, is founder and managing partner of Verde Associates, a performance acceleration firm focused on transforming individuals and the companies they lead. She works with some of the country’s leading early and growth stage companies, including organizations such as Simple Mills, RXBAR, Chomps, Kehe, and many others. Laura has trained in improv, culinary arts, and is certified in over 25 assessments and special topic areas related to her work, with a focus on communication and performance maximization. Laura holds an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business, a certificate in Change Management from Harvard Business School, and has studied Group Dynamics and Organizational Design from Georgetown University, and Negotiation and Mediation at the University of Chicago. Laura is currently pursuing her PhD in Values Based Leadership; her research focuses on strategies and traits of teams that have experienced accelerated growth and maintained excellent cultural, people, and financial success.
Chris’ extensive experience participating in and leading work teams, non-profit boards and governmental committees has led him to log countless hours in meetings, and he has learned both what works and what doesn’t.

Motivated by the alignment of work/life (and Love), I co-founded ThigPro, a global personal development company with my husband in 2011.
After failing in our first business, I invested in several growth and development programs and coaches to help me tap into the power I knew I held but fear and limitation seem to conceal.
Over the course of trying to salvage our business (and recoup our life savings), I utilized every communication, relationship management, and work/life balance tool I held in my clinical and coaching toolboxes to survive the roller coaster of success.
I didn’t want to choose having an amazing love life over growing a business.
The clients who we served through my transformative empowerment keynotes or our breakthrough success coaching programs learning how to implement more efficient systems and priority management skills into their business, didn’t want to choose either.
Hence the natural evolution of our company’s focus to integrating more of my foundational experience with human behavior, mindfulness, mental well-being and relationship tools as core staples of our personal and leadership development programs.
Acknowledging the need, we deepened our impact to help ambitious women entrepreneurs, emerging leaders (and a few brave men) move beyond barely surviving work/life balance to amplify intimacy within and across relationships so they can thrive in work/life (and LOVE).
