Chris Phillips
Chris Phillips offers planning and inter-organizational facilitation services through Collaborative Progress Consulting out of Bellingham, WA. With an MA in family systems therapy and a passion for social justice, Chris has served in clinical and administrative leadership positions in behavioral health, primary care, and academic settings. Most recently, Chris served as the Director for Community Health at PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center where he focused on community health assessment and partnership development aimed at reducing health disparities in Whatcom, Skagit and San Juan Counties.
Chris’ extensive experience participating in and leading work teams, non-profit boards and governmental committees has led him to log countless hours in meetings, and he has learned both what works and what doesn’t.
Musa Nxumalo
Musa is a South African Author, Coach & Facilitator. His work is about helping individuals and organizations transform, through deeply customized human centred design solutions. He has worked with organizations in mining; academia; finance; pharmaceuticals; logistics & entrepreneurship, in Africa and Asia. His latest literature offering is a book called “I am a Cross-Pollinator: Afrikologist thought experiments for leaders navigating from ego-ism to eco-ism”. The book has a global trajectory. It traverses the political, professional and geographical terrain. All his corporate culture design & personal development work draws inspiration from the centre message in the book, which is the concept of cross-pollination, and all other analogies from nature.
Dr. Leon Prieto
Dr. Leon Prieto is an Associate Professor of Management at Clayton State University & an Associate Research Fellow at University of Cambridge, Judge Business School. His research areas are in Black management history, social issues in management and minority social entrepreneurship, and his research is focused on the contributions of minorities (gender as well as racial & ethnic) to the development of management as a discipline and the interrelationship between organizational management and society. His first book, co-authored with Dr. Simone Phipps, is entitled African American Management History: Insights on Gaining a Cooperative Advantage.
Sherry Floyd
Sherry Floyd is the Co-Founder and CEO of Endeavor One, a leading entertainment software company specializing in building interactive worlds and shining new light on beloved IPs. Endeavor One has been on the forefront of XR development since 2014, launching new hardware with industry leading companies and creating games and experiences that take advantage of everything future tech has to offer. Before dedicating her time to Endeavor One, Sherry built creative teams, award winning games , and streamlined processes for WB Games, Sony, PopCap, Oculus, Microsoft and Wizards of the Coast. With a passion for working with creatives and creating content that moves people, Sherry also co-created a production company with films premiering at the Seattle International Film Festival and honored at film festivals around the world.

Dr. Simone Phipps
Dr. Simone Phipps is an Associate Professor of Management in the School of Business at Middle Georgia State University, and an Associate Research Fellow at University of Cambridge, Judge Business School. Usually, her research involves the exploration or examination of gender, racial, and ethnic minorities, with the aim of highlighting their struggles and contributions, as well as finding possible solutions to improve the minority experience in business and society. Her first book, co-authored with Dr. Leon Prieto, is entitled African American Management History: Insights on Gaining a Cooperative Advantage.
Dr. Art Sherwood
Dr. Sherwood is the director of Western’s Entrepreneurship and Innovation Program, an Affiliated Faculty of the Vincent and Elinor Ostrom Workshop on Political Theory and Political Theory and Policy Analysis, and co-founder of the Cooperative Business Research Institute.
Having completed his graduate work at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business with a research focus on cooperative alliances, he now seeks to better understand co-operative entrepreneurship, governance and leadership. His current research also focuses on entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystems and programs that increase access for non-traditional participants. In addition to his academic work, his is an experienced entrepreneur and a member-owner of CDS Consulting Co-op through which he advises and teaches co-operative leaders throughout the United States.
