As much as a like animals, I am also a hopeless romantic. I love everything about love. I watch at least three romantic comedies a week and I am obsessed. This quote has some abstract aspects, but the message is still very clear. I own about five poetry love books and this would fit in perfectly to any of those. This quote may come off pretty corny, but I still find it adorable. I think poetry is a very common form of medium when it comes to the theme of love. I feel like everywhere I look there is some sort of love poem, but with this one I enjoy the kind of turn it took. When I read the first half I thought it was going to illustrate the idea that true love can survive distance. As I read the second half, I really appreciated where they took this idea. This poem creates a really good visual of a couple insanely in love because they just want to be together, no matter where they are. The words also give me comfort because they exemplify   the kind of love I, and likely lots others, hope for. Like I mentioned earlier, it was interesting to look into this medium of poems because there are so many. I had to scan through a lot because were the same cliché lines we hear all the time. I guess this one just impacted me because it felt very genuine and passionate. Additionally, I found some poems that were very abstract and could have multiple interpretations. When I have the time I like to look deeper into the story of those quotes, but once again I appreciated the simplicity of these couple lines.
