The most prominent aspect of our collage is the background. The peaceful view is a reflection of how both of our sponsors ultimately impacted us in the end, allowing us to find peace in literature. One of our sponsors changed the way we view writing, from being a dreadful task that was unavoidable, to something that was enjoyable and interesting. While to the other, the peaceful background conveys the relaxation and the placidity that reading gave them, offering them a better reality. Another part of our collage that has a lot of meaning is at the top. At the top there are two images with an arrow between them, this arrow is aligned in the center to resemble how sponsors can differentiate in how they shape the way we perceive literature. The two images separated by the arrows show a lot of contrast. One picture is a clear divide between a student and a teacher in which the feeling in the situation is healthy and intellectual. On the other hand, the image on the left depicts people in the same way, however the feeling is not as light hearted, they are different and not in the same peace of mind. This demonstrates how much our sponsors varied, from one having a positive impact that helped them grow, to the other one having a negative impact that forced them to grow on their own. The last part of our collage is the book and essay separated by people going up and down stairs. This represents something similar to the top part, how one of our sponsors was positive, and the other was negative, but both still sponsoring our literacy in some way. Our narratives have many similarities while also being vastly different. Both of our sponsors greatly changed us and our perceptions of reading and writing, while doing so in extremely different ways.
