About Faculty Relations
The Faculty Relations Manager provides advice and assistance to academic leadership and individual faculty members. The position oversees the operational aspects of the faculty hiring, review, and leave processes and serves as the custodian of faculty files and data at the University-level. The Faculty Relations Manager engages in the policy development process and represents Academic Affairs on various committees around the University. The position serves as a primary point of contact for questions relating to the faculty collective bargaining agreement and collaborates with other offices–like HR, ATUS, and OIE–to enhance operations and customer service within the division.
