Early research, organic farming (and related) systems—mine and others

I am writing an essay on early organic systems research (reporting on my research at Cornell University, and elsewhere). It will be published as part of a series of Contemporary World Issues handbooks, “Organic Food and Farming: A Reference Handbook” (ABC-CLIO).
