After young Riley is uprooted from her Midwest life and moved to San Francisco, her emotions – Joy, Fear, Anger, Disgust and Sadness – conflict on how best to navigate a new city, house, and school.
After watching this movie, we will have the students do a writing worksheet that has them reflect on what they have watched and then make some personal connections on what they could do if they felt like they were in Riley’s position.
