Summary.
It starts off with Elmo who is not sure what the food he is looking at is (a kiwi), so he gets help from the super foods which encourages him to try the new food. They explain how it is important to try new foods in order to find out which foods Elmo likes. The Super Foods show up throughout the episode to help with certain challenges that the characters go through which are particularly about healthy foods/ healthy eating. For example finding a healthy snack, providing a time to be with family at the dinner table, and having enough energy to be able to lift a suitcase.

Since this is at the beginning of the week the students will get the chance to create their own goals like those that were in the episode. They will keep track of this throughout the week. After we will be able to share with the whole class in which the students can ask each other questions and strengthen their own and others writing.
