Kidz.gov is a great source for parents to use at home to engage students in physical activity. This website has a number of links that can provide high activity levels at home with limited to no equipment. This website is to be sent home in a parent letter at the beginning of the year to help our students achieve the 60 minutes of physical activity a day.
