Not only does this site give a large variety of options, but the range of resources it offers for teachers is fabulous. The previous link specifically provides numerous lesson plans about mental and emotional awareness.

The lesson plans are thorough and well-organized, creating simplicity for the teacher’s personal use. One of the great aspects of this site is that the lessons provided through general and/or specific searches include other subjects, like math or even music, in turn making health lessons connect with other areas of child’s learning development.
