The purpose of this app is to plot feelings every day or throughout the day and then see the overall trend. This raises emotional awareness. While using it apps it also features motivating quotes to help boost the user’s mood.

Core Integration:
An integration idea is to include this into science. Students would practice plotting this feelings on a graph and discuss the trend of the feelings the student was feeling. Part of this would be done through the app as well as on paper/ in science notebook.
A follow up assignment would be to have students write a conclusion using this data of how they are feeling and how they acted when they had this behavior. And as a class, discuss healthy ways from the app and our own ideas of how we could use self-control or manage our emotions.
