It’s Bath Time!: https://www.storyplace.org/activity/its-bath-time

Description: The online story would first be watched as a class. This story is about a toddler who does not want to take a bath. To make it more interactive, students could be asked why the toddler is wrong before moving on to the next slides. The online activity could be done either as a class or individually by students. The activity includes the students choosing what the toddler will use to bath properly. This is a summative activity for after the students have been taught appropriate bathing habits. The interactive activity also puts the students in a role where they are the experts teaching the toddler what to do.

Core Integration: During the online story, students will do some think-pair-shares and answer questions about the story which meet the Common Core language arts standards. The questions will ask students to identify the connection between the image and what is happening in the story, the main topic of the story, and general questions which aid the students in remembering key details. Following the story, students will be asked to retell the story to their neighbor.
