Summary: This app helps the user build healthy habits. The app allows the user to customize the habits that they want to form and set reminders for completing tasks. Users are able to track their progress and see how often they are completing their daily tasks.
I could not find a video demonstrating how the app works, however the Apple App Store includes photos from the app on their website (linked above).
Core Integration: Math
For middle school students to use this app for habits, they might choose tasks like “put on deodorant”, “shower”, or “brush teeth/floss” as a habit to track. These are habits that might be hard for preteens to remember consistently and might need some support in remembering to complete those tasks. I might integrate this app into math by having students create frequency tables and dot plots showing how often they completed their hygiene tasks that month. With this information they could see which habit(s) they were most often successful with completing and which habit(s) might need to be worked on some more.
