STEPS TO LAUNCH AND SCALE

DISCOVER, DESIGN, DREAM AND DO

STEP 1:  EXPLORATION

Diving in to systematic discovery and exploration of customer problems and the opportunities that exist to solve their needs.

STEP 2: Value Proposition

How might we fill the gap of the customer’s needs with our offering? Matching this gap is often one of the most challenging aspects for successful entrepreneurial ventures. We lock right in to this as a top priority.

STEP 3:  TEAM FORMATION

RRecruiting, developing and retaining your team.

STEP 4:  PRODUCT/MARKET FIT

Is our offering serving the customers with the fit that they require? What might we better do, where are the gaps.

STEP 5:  BUSINESS MODEL CANVAS AND EXTERNAL ANALYSIS

Laying out the business model including external factors, and operational flow.

STEP 6:  LAUNCH

Bring your product to market. Test, refine and relaunch.

STEP 7:  SCALE AND GROW

Post-launch scaling and venturing in deeper. Expanding offering, reach or customer.
