Two days ago I submitted a revised manuscript titled “Germline DNA methylation in reef corals: patterns and potential roles in response to environmental change” to Molecular Ecology. This manuscript has taken up much of my time for the past year or so, but I have not posted anything about it until now. This is because I was using a GitHub repository to document all of my work.
