GOAL SETTING

  1. Set a S.M.A.R.T goal
  2. Place your written goal in two places that will help remind you of your goal (locker, journal, backpack, mirror, etc…)
  3. Tell at least two people who will help keep you accountable to reach your goal

DESIGNING YOUR PROGRAM

  • Needs analysis
    • What are the physical demands for your goal?
  • Testing
    • How will you measure or assess your improvement toward your goal?
      • Pre-testing & post-testing measurements
  • Writing your program

COMPLETING YOUR PROGRAM

  • Start 6 week program
  • Track progression
    • Post-testing
