Almost Halfway There!

Hello once more my non-feathered friends!

This week is focused a lot on where to deepen and develop understanding of some of the different pieces of Entrepreneurship. It was a long week, and one I was glad to be over with for personal reasons. But I feel I have gained a lot of connections and a new path to my customers. I hope you enjoy this weeks video!

See you Next Week!

  1. Hey Healani,
I wonder when you use the two values do you also make sure those are your customer’s values? Or is that for another chart maybe? Dude, Brene Brown is an amazing author. I love her book called “Braving the Wilderness”. She is soo fantastic at understanding how to respect all people even if they have differing views. I also really liked the speaker! He was very wholesome and easy to communicate with. I think my favorite part was that whenever he spoke with someone, he truly spoke to them. You could tell it caught some people off guard but it was fantastic.

  2. Love this! I have been expressing my goals more to those around me recently, and I feel like putting that energy out will create oppurtunity for me. Putting my vibes into the world begins to make them real.

On the competitor matrix that you brought up, you mentioned that it is key that the axises need to be two of your core values for the company and how you compete/differentiate than others on those key dimensions. I think that second part is right, I just wanted to add that it’s more important to have those axises be the core values of your customers than the core values of you. Of course you want those to match very closely which I’m sure is what you are thinking. But they do not always match, so imo making sure those labels you’re focusing on are what matters to your customers is the real key.

Aswell I really like what you said about reading people’s communication through their body language. John and Rebecca have probably touched on this, sometimes what people don’t say, what they leave out, is more valuable to understanding them and their core thought process then what they do say.

Totally connect with you on the importance of presence aswell!!! Your attention is the greatest gift you can give others, and attending / being with yourself is the greatest gift you can give yourself.

    Appreciate you Healani!

I am grateful for my Mom, my Dad, my dog, my Grandma, my uncle Joe, my uncle Dan, my uncle Chris, and my cousins. Family. My friends who are there for me. And most of all I am grateful for myself, that I am willing to show up for my life in order to work towards missions larger than myself. Self-love is underrated and appreciating my capabilities and appreciating my accomplishments and giving myself permission to be confident and unapologetically myself has been a long road.
