Destruction of The Ocean

 

These different genres of writing were used to help you understand the importance of the ocean and how much we as humans are negatively impacting it. They all encompass the basic factors are contributing to the destruction of the ocean, and I hope that they gave you an easier way to look at it. An article can be hard to read and retain information, but a comic or poem make it almost fun to read, and at least for me, make it easier to remember the message the author was trying to get out. By now I hope you have realized how important this topic is, and how big of a threat the ocean is at because of the way we humans live. Not only are we overfishing, overpopulated, and polluting, but were also poisoning the water, destroying homes, and heating up the ocean as well. All these factors, as well as many others, are contributing to the destruction of the ocean. Once the ocean is destroyed beyond repair, we can say that humans have destroyed around 70% of the world, just by not acting and taking responsibility for our actions.
