Who are we and what we are doing?

Hi! Our names Javareah Owens and Marissa Dube and we are students at Western Washington University. We are taking a course that is allowing us to conduct an experiment to find out if the use of social media is making communication more efficient or causing our communication skills to take a turn for the worse. You will get the opportunity to view our journey as we attacked this topic. Throughout our website you will find several things that will allow you to not only understand what social media’s affect is on our society in our eyes but conclude on what you think social media is doing to our society. Our website will allow you to take our findings and really narrow down the role that social media has in our daily lives. Our inspiration and drive for this project has been based off the simple fact that today social media is a huge part of our everyday life.
