So, lets talk Change Leadership for a minute. (Due today, btw! HAHA) First, I love the self-awareness that comes with each unique Change Leadership project. Two, I love the assignments openness to creativity. And three, it brings up emotions that inspire action that may have never came up without the project’s work. When I say action, I mean that while I work on the elements of it’s requirements I find myself taking actions on what’s coming up. For example, for one of the opportunities I posed I reached out to three leaders in that particular industry for interviews and have them scheduled. Which, how awesome is that!?

But what I really want to zone in on is the fact that when I go back and scroll through my presentation of opportunities and the vision boards I created for each, there is huge theme of emotions that ” cause a revolution of the heart.” Because of the way the project is set up, I was able to create a bigger vision that ultimatley was true to me, my soul and the creativity/work I hope to put out in the world.

Humanity causes a revolution in my heart. And I know without a doubt that with whatever venture I’m working on/with if it involves compassion, humanity and service I can’t go wrong.

What are you going to do to exceed the standards this quarter? And, why this matters…

Exceeding the standards this quarter means that both as individual and a teammate that I/We finish strong. What do I mean by finishing strong? I mean that we deliver a beautiful final pitch that matches the same energy that we put fourth at our actual event. And we come together and wrap up with a strong Learning Journey Video and a well put together Buisness Report. I think it will be very interesting to see how our event, the research, and the feedback we receive rounds out. I’m excited 🙂

This matters because we worked hard and with diligence to deliver and losing steam at the end is like performing a beautiful beam routine and falling on the dismount because the gymnast didn’t practice that like she knew she could. Ya know? LOL We have practiced, and we are ready to stick our landing, with standing applause 🙂

Where could you use support?

I could use support with thinking forward to next quarter and how I can take this quarters experience being online in new ways. There are some aspects of being online when my peers are mainly in person that could use some improvement on my part.
