Environment. Bravery. And, living it. These were the three words that really stood out to me during Monday’s lecture. I thought it was really interesting that these three words were what popped out because these all tie into how I’ve been practicing showing up in every aspect of my life.
I’m curious to know which three words stood out to you?!
What did you love this week?
This week I loved the WWHTBT activity done in class. What would have to be true is so relevant to facing things that you might think are too difficult to make happen. I think using this activity breaks down the seemingly ‘impossible’ into creative action steps. Ever since I was introduced to this I’ve used it to help me ‘believe in’ projects I’m working on.
In regards to E&I I could used the WWHTBT when thinking about what would have to be true to feel more connected and useful when the majority of the class is in person and I’m online.
In regards to ventures outside of school I would think about what would have to be true to complete my first e-book draft.
What resonated with you in workshops?
Being in a group of innovators and change makers while working on our rapid prototyping was AMAZING and really reminded me of the power of positivity and empathy when working with a group. I had a great time rapid prototyping on an interactive tombstone LOL
How might you apply this week’s learnings to your venture?
- Create WWHTB lists for upcoming VP2 steps
- Stay open when prototyping and see how new innovations develop because of that openness
- Speaking up matters, no matter what
Hey Kristina!
I sadly do not remember which words stuck out to me, but I think I had bravery as one of mine too! I so totally agree on the what would have to be true exercise! It was so fun and helpful and useful to think about prototyping in a new way! It would be really interesting to find out how WWHTBT can relate to our VP2! I just want to say you ARE SO USEFUL to us and our team really appreciates you and everything you are doing for the group! Things have not been perfect with you being online and us in person but we do really appreciate you and you are so awesome! I will try to do a better job of including you in more tasks and reaching out to you one on one! However, our settings going forward should all be in person!
Hope you’re well! Let me know if you need anything or ever have questions! I am here for you!

Hey Kristina!
I hope you’re doing well! I think what stood out to me in your traction journal was that the three words that stood out to you from Monday’s lecture. I think the words you chose were a great choice. Honestly, I think subconsciously these are words I’m trying to find balance in my own life. I’m also really excited to hear more about you E-book. If you ever need people to fill out surveys or anything for you, let me know! Keep up the great work Kristina!
The words that stuck out to me were: Connection, mutual support, and holistic. I think because I’ve been realizing how important those three things are in just about every aspect in life, from family to entrepreneurship. The WWHTBT is a great exercise and is super helpful in shifting from a negative mindset to a positive one. Good luck with your e-book!
