“A creative life is an amplified life. It’s a bigger life, a happier life, an expanded life, and a hell of a lot more interesting life. Living in this manner–continuously and stubbornly bringing for the jewels that are hidden within you–is a fine art, in and of itself.”

What did you love about this week? And what resonated with you in the workshops?
One of my favorite things about this week was Schantell’s presentation on Creative Confidence. I loved the journaling prompts she posed and how they brought my awareness to areas where I might be actively BELIEVING in my own barriers. The more I reflect on creative confidence the less fear plays a roll. How cool is that simple shift?! Below I have included a quick little sketch of what it looks like to move from barriers to creative confidence! And added another graphic to show my answers to her prompts.
What are some of your common barriers to creative confidence?? They don’t have to be solely to related to E&I.
Another thing I wanted to touch on is the importance of getting out in the community and talking to people. This was such a strong reminder to bring that creative confidence to conversations. Collaboration requires confidence and one of the best ways to practice conversational conversation is to practice. #talk2people 🙂
How might you apply this week’s learnings to your venture?
We were hit with some pretty big barriers this week regarding our VP2 venture. I think it would be super helpful to bring all our “barriers” to the table and create an awareness. After building that awareness we can then move and support eachother to creative confidence!
Other things 🙂
Lifting confidence and all the positivity that results!
Hey Kristina!!
Thank you for sharing your personal responses from the workshop with us!! I love how open and honest you are with us and with everyone it seems! It is not easy to be vulnerable like that all the time and I think it’s so cool you are so open to that. Incredibly admirable! Also all of your lifting videos are making me miss lifting! Maybe I should get back into it… it’s been a year or two for me though!
We certainly have hit quite a big barrier this week haha! I really hope everything will work out ok for us! I’m sure it will there are just so many unknowns ahg!! I hope your week is going ok! Let me know if you need anything from me! And please reach out anytime you have questions or concerns about anything happening!

I totally agree with you about how great Schan’s presentation was! It helped shift my perspective as well and I really enjoyed seeing your thought process that you laid out. Your video reminded me of a tiktok that I saw, I should see if I can find it again and send it to you, I think you’d get a kick out of it!
Hey Kristina,
First off, thank you for sharing! I just wanted to say I love the quote you decided to share. I try to live by that quote. Also loved reading about your positivity towards Schantell’s journal questions. Journaling can be very eye opening on what we can work on in the future. Good luck with those barriers! I no doubt you guys can over come it!
I also just wanted to say I love your sketches and work out video. I can see the hard work in all of it!
