How long does it take to get a store ready for production?
Normally, it takes 2-3 weeks from the last meeting with the eMarket team until the store is ready for department viewing. But it also depends on the complexity of the stores requested.
What type of product or services are allowed by eMarket?
eMarket storefronts may be used for a variety of products, services, or fees such as:
- Event Tickets
- Symposium Tickets
- Transcript Fees
- Testing Fees
- Workshops Fees
- Applications/Deposits

What type of product or services are not allowed by eMarket?
eMarket's accepting payment for:
- Tuition and Fees
- Course Fees on a Student Account
- Lab Fees
To access an eMarket, are customers required to use a PC and Internet Explorer?
No. Customers may use any computer, mobile device or web browser.
What type of credit cards are accepted by eMarket storefront?
Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Can my department increase fees to cover the cost of the bank's merchant fee?
Yes, as long as it does not exceed the University approved fee.

Yes, as long as it does not exceed the University approved fee.
How will the money get into my account?
Transactions that have occurred on your eMarket site will be processed and deposited to the revenue account(s) that you specified on your eMarket Request Form. The money is deposited immediately.
Who handles the departmental refund process on the eMarket storefront?
Departments initiate a refund request with a General Refund Voucher. The refund is made directly to the credit card used and partial refunds are allowed.
