Advising & registration is one component of the overall WWU orientation for all new students. More information can be found through the New Student Services & Family Outreach website.

Chapter 33: Post 9-11 GI Bill®/Forever GI Bill®

 Will offer up to 36 months of educational benefits for veterans or their dependents covering tuition and fees, money for housing, money for books and supplies, and more.


Chapter 35: Survivor’s and Dependents Educational Assistance (DEA)

Will offer education and training to qualified dependents of Veterans who are permanently and totally disabled because of a service-related condition or who died while on active duty or as a result of a service-related condition.


Chapter 31: Veteran Readiness and Employment (VR&E)

Assists entitled Veterans with service-connected disabilities and an employment handicap to prepare for, obtain, and maintain a job. It also helps entitled transitioning Service members.
