The Center for Instructional Innovation and Assessment (CIIA) is dedicated to the enhancement of teaching and learning on the campus of Western Washington University.

The Center staff created this site to feature photography of the local community by local artists, provided here for free with open license to use as virtual backgrounds during web conferencing sessions.
