Research with Students

I enjoy working with undergraduate and graduate students on research on diversity, equity, inclusion, and culture. Within the dropdown tabs here, you will find featured research projects conducted with Western students organized under 3 main themes – 1) allyship, 2) equity and inclusion, and 3) international projects. The first dropdown tab showcases the experiences of some of the present and past students who have contributed to this research. The following three tabs feature brief descriptions of the research projects.

Note, for a full list of research projects beyond those conducted with Western students, visit www.megwarren.com.

Students are able to get involved via 3 main streams – independent studies, work-study internships, or research assistant volunteers. The skills they have developed through these projects have equipped them to showcase their expertise with prospective employers. Students have gone on to secure positions in DEI consulting, research, and Ph.D. programs, among others.
