New Class Description:
Join us for this 30-minute class that explores the powerful benefits of meditation, and let it be a perfect anchor to begin your week in a calm and centered space. Long-time meditator? Just getting started? Everyone is welcome!
The class focus is in supporting development of a personal meditation practice through practicing silent meditation and exploring techniques for cultivating present moment awareness, helpful posture and breathing tips, and strategies for developing a personal practice outside of class. Participants are welcome to use the seating available, sit on the floor or bring personal blankets, cushions, or meditation benches. You don’t even need to change your clothes for class – come as you are!
