Equipment Needs for LIVE Online Classes: yoga mat or sticky footing required; yoga block (substitute: books or a small step stool), blanket, and bolster or a throw pillow recommended.
Morning Yoga Class Description:
This class will invite you into your day in the most gentle way. First focusing on breath and readying the major joints of the body for a progressively more dynamic flowing yoga practice. In the end we will come back to the ground for a short time to open the hips and spine and finally unwind and set the intention for the day. This class is for any level of yoga practitioner, from the beginner to advanced!
Location: Student Rec Center Studio 201
- You DO need to bring your WWU ID EVERY TIME you enter the SRC.
