Nia – Moving to Heal: Learn how to use musical movement to check in with your body and do something to feel better. Incorporating elements of dance, martial arts and yoga, Nia is all about using sensation to self-modify, noticing pain and pleasure in a more nuanced way and making movement choices to soothe and celebrate your wonderful body just the way it is!

Groove: Based on the belief that your way is the right way and that no one can do it for you, Groove is a dynamic dance floor experience where we unite in a series of simple movements to a wide variety of musical styles and then explore and express those movements in our own unique ways. Grooving is a great way to practice the courage and curiosity it takes to be yourself and to find out what your body can do!
