What does “A-children” mean?
“A-children” is a word has double meaning, which are one is Asian children and another one is good children (“A” is A grade). The drawing is talking about how much pressure that the children are suffering from the educational system in Asian countries. These four field of colors in the picture present four different expression of the children into their studying pressure.

I totally agree with you. There is a great burden on children for study. They have to face difficult syllabus and tough study routine.
