For this project I baked 22 loaves of bread and raised over $100 as a demonstration of support for people in Turkey and Syria impacted by the massive February 6th earthquake. I plan to donate all of the money raised to Assyrians Without Borders, a Swedish nonprofit that has been offering ongoing relief in the affected regions. The pictures in this post feature some of the breads I made and document parts of the making, baking, and delivering process.
